Watching a video on English about Huck Finn and Twain’s “over-use” of the term Nigger

I just don’t think you should ever change the words of a great work of literature by any means! Twain used the word in his novel because it shows the atmosphere of Missouri during the time and it adds affect. You shouldn’t take offense considering it is apart of our history and provides insight.

I lose all respect once someone is willing to CHANGE words in a book! Really, c’mon, that’s ridiculous.
